BYOB PAINTING AND ART CLASSES - Painting Inspired by the Spanish Masters
BYOB: You bring the snacks and wine, beer or cocktails and we provide everything needed for your very own masterpiece! Alcohol consumption is permitted only for adults over 21. All guests will be carded.
Our BYOB art classes are perfect for a fun evening out, a unique date night, and a great way to jump start your creative side in a casual and social setting! Meet new people, learn new skills, practice your Spanish and create your own works of art!
Painting Inspired by the Spanish Masters is an experience of Mediterranean life, color, light, texture, music and taste. Jordi Pedrola will introduce you to "la alegría de vivir" (joy for life) through rhythms, brush strokes and visual poetry by evoking in the creative process historic Spanish masters such as Velázquez, Goya and Picasso. No artistic skill or previous training is required.
Jordi Pedrola, Art Teacher
Jordi Pedrola is an international Chicago artist originally from Barcelona, Spain. His paintings can be seen in 10 different countries and all over the US. His experience as Caring Arts program facilitator at Gilda's Club brings an opportunity of fun, culture and personal expression.
He graduated in 1992 from the University of Barcelona (Sant Jordi Royal Academy) and is a Fellow at the John David Mooney Foundation and the Winchester School of Art in England.
