Matt Price - Turkeygate, Tinky Winky & The Turkish Mafia
One of the word-of-mouth hits at Edinburgh Fringe last year, Matt wowed audiences with a story that is so daft, you just couldn't make it up.
This is a true story of a six week trip of a life time to Turkey, that all went horribly wrong. It was life changing, but not in the way that anyone could have imagined.
It features fake Ralph Lauren polo shirts, holiday reps, the Turkish Mafia, Jason Manford's brother, the bloke who played Tinky Winky (yes, the Teletubbies), the noble art of self-defence with everyday household objects, and of course, your guide through all the madness, Matt Price.
This is standup storytelling at it's very best, with the occasional slide and video clip.
