An Afghan refugee named Bibi Bahrami and the members of her little Indiana mosque, come face to face with a U.S. Marine who has secret plans to bomb their community center. But Mac McKinney's plan takes an unexpected turn. 'STRANGER AT THE GATE' is a story of grace, transformation, and hope.
The film will be followed by a Q&A via Zoom with director Joshua Seftel and small group community conversations facilitated by Mountain Mediation around the themes presented in the film.
Nominated for an Academy Award for Best Documentary Short Film.
