"I used to LOVE sex, and now, my libido's gone. What's going on? "
"I know my body really well, I know what I like and how to get it. And the way things used to work just doesn't work anymore. Is it my partner? Are we doing something wrong?"
Menopause.
It's not a word that is we usually find in the same sentence as sex. Or sexy. Or hot. Unless it's hot flash.
But menopause is fact of life. Often, so is sex. The two can absolutely go together. Sometimes, they fit together with gentle ease, sometimes with joy and sometimes with heart wrenching struggle.
Menopause usually happens just when we're starting to figure life out, just when sex makes sense, when we're comfortable with our bodies, when we're starting to know how to ask for what we want. And then, those things we knew? They start to change.
What's going on? And where are we supposed to get good information?
Here's the deal we can experience symptoms related to menopause for two to ten years before menopause. Or sometimes, menopause happens due to illness or treatments for illness. Regardless of how, why or when it happens if things are changing, there are answers and solutions. In this class we'll provide you with tips and techniques to keep building the sex life you want and deserve.
You'll learn: The basics of what's going on in your body as you travel through menopause How to get your libido back Ways to regain (or find for the first time) incredible orgasms Techniques to keep having enjoyable intercourse for the rest of your life How to communicate your changing needs and desires
