Ale Asylum Vegetarian Dinner w/ Special Guests Dean Coffey of Ale Asylum and Chef Nathan Sears of the Radler
Join us on Wednesday, Febraury 12th as we welcome Madison, Wisconsin's Ale Asylum to Chicago. Chef Cleetus Friedman, along with special guest Nathan Sears of The Radler, will be preparing a four course vegan dinner. Head brewer for Ale Asylum Dean Coffey will be in the house as we sample beers, fantastic fare, and learn how Ale Asylum plans to conquer the Chicago market.
