Craft Whiskey
Craft Whiskey night is back! Celebrate New York distilleries with us as we taste through six of New York State's finest drams. The differences amongst Ryes, moonshine, bourbon and Single Malts will be discussed, as well as New York's distilling history. Special guest will include one of our local hero matter distillers who will take us through the nitty-gritty of whiskey making and tasting. Signature cocktail and light appetizers provided.
Our whiskey school offers courses for all levels. We have classes for connoisseurs, and others for beginners who are simply curious to learn more.
Led by Heather Greene, New York's first official whiskey Sommelier and Director of Whiskey Education, classes will be carefully tailored under her extensive experience in teaching to a wide variety of students over the past 8 years. She is one of the world's only female whiskey experts and was recently featured in the NY Post as "New York's Dame of Drinks." You will walk away with both a pronounced appreciation for whiskey and a light skip in your step after one of these fun and dynamic courses.
