The Mama-logues: A comedy about motherhood
After a three-year COVID hiatus, were back!
For anyone who is, knows or has a mom! The Mama-logues is taking place on Friday and Saturday, May 12 & 13, 2023 from 7PM-9PM at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center. The show features local talent performing staged readings of writer moms including Ariel Gore, Renegade Mama, and Bunmi Laditan, to name a few. There will also be poetry and song, woven together to create an evening of hilarity honoring mothers and motherhood. The event is open to the entire community.
It's hilarious, but bring your tissues too!
This show benefits two outstanding local 501C-3 organizations: Open Arms Perinatal Services (www.openarmsps.org) and WestSide Baby (www.westsidebaby.org).
Snacks, beer, wine and, non-alcoholic beverages will be sold at the event.
