Intro to Bourbon and American Whiskey; American 101
As evidenced by the title, this course will focus on the basics of Whiskey tasting, terminology and production. 101 is an opportunity to explore whiskey styles from different distilleries while experiencing some of their varying flavor profiles. We'll also be discussing mash-bills, age statements and the craft distilling movement.
