An all ages, entertaining, concert for the young and young at heart...Internationally acclaimed, award winning guitar virtuoso and pitch perfect singer, George Cole brings his all-star trio to the Piedmont Center for the Arts for a JAZZ SALUTE TO THE GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK. An enchanting evening of music featuring George Cole (guitars, vocal), Greg Sankovich (piano), and Kurt Ribak (bass). A drummer-less trio, not unlike the Nat King Cole and Oscar Peterson. Their music has been referred to as "Chamber Jazz", soothingly elegant music that transports the audience back in time, to the glorious jazz age when the best of the Great American Songbook could be heard night and day.
