Think Pound's Comedae Showe
(Imagine this whole paragraph as read by an old-timey newsreel voice. Thanks.) Economic times are tough. The folks are tired of crying at dramas. They need a new kind of entertainment. Fresh from the St. Louis World's Fair is exactly that kind of a spectacle. The boys and girls from Think Pound call it a "Comedae Showe," and apparently it brings observers joy and amusement. Critics who have seen early performances are delighted. Think Pound is "a laugh riot," says Patrick Hickey, Jr. of The Kingsman newspaper. "I have left the past two [Think Pound] shows with a dry throat due to excessive laughter," says Matt of mattisblogging.wordpress.com. What is laughter? Apparently it's an involuntary, noisy expulsion of air from the lungs that happens when a person hears something "funny..." something like Think Pound's Comedae Showe. Don't miss it when it comes to town on the Fourteenth of March.
