113 is delighted to announce the return of the Twin Cities New Music Festival, running March 2 through March 4, 2023. This year's festival will feature James Dillon, Noriko Kawai, Mivos String Quartet, Kimia Koochakzadeh-Yazdi, Yu-Chun Chien, Javier Torres Maldonado, and some of the Twin Cities' best local musicians.
