SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA FEB 13TH, 2009 - Femina Potens proudly presents SIZZLE, the monthly Bay Area award winning literary erotica series. SIZZLE heats up the Castro every month, merging internationally acclaimed queer and erotic authors with the Bay Area's top emerging local writers, spoken word artists and performers. SIZZLESs open mic performances regularly reveal the bravest, hottest and most eclectic performers that the Bay Area has to offer.

This February, SIZZLE is celebrating Tantric tracts and Karmic compositions with The Breath of Fire and the Big O Open Mic. Femina Potens invites you to leap through the sultry rings of stories and song with the queer literary legends, flaming framers and Shakti shakers of this months SIZZLE. Breath of Fire and the Big O Open Mic proudly present breath-taking belly dancing, provocative performance art, racy readings and musical extravaganzas by the likes of Dossie Easton, Selina Raven, Sadie Lune, Bast, Madison Young and some very special punk rock musical guests. Dont miss the following open mic show and featured guest panel, where the bravest, hottest, most eclectic characters of the evening step up and let their voices be heard.
