One Day Training with SITI Co, August 8

One day introduction to Suzuki and The Viewpoints Method with SITI Company

A one-day introductory training with SITI Company in conjunction with their two-week intensive. For information about Suzuki and The Viewpoints method, see the SITI Company two-week intensive description, above.
As with the two-week intensive, the August workshop participants must have prior knowledge of SITI Company's training and performances. The class demands physical agility and endurance and some conditioning prior to the workshop is recommended. Please come dressed to move (no jeans, dresses or skirts). Shorts, tights, and leggings are necessary. Suzuki students will be required to wear socks during class and should wear clothing that shows the contours of the legs and upper hody (i.e., no baggy sweats). Viewpoints work will be conducted in bare feet.
