2022 Escape the Holiday Class

Once again, it's Christmas time and one of my favorite classes of the year - the annual Escape the Holiday Christmas Dinner Class.

For the Christmas dinner this year we're going to do a nice elegant menu. For our main dish, we are going to roast a beef tenderloin and make a nice sauce to go with it. For the sides, we are going to make a potato gratin and balsamic green beans with pearl onions. For dessert, are going to make a chocolate and marshmallow trifle.

This demonstration style class will be offered on two consecutive nights - Monday December 19, and Tuesday December 20 at 6:30PM.

Menu:
Fennel and Rosemary Beef Tenderloin with Creamy Mustard Sauce
Potato Gratin
Balsamic Green Beans with Pearl Onions
Chocolate Marshmallow Trifle

Tuition for the class is $75 per person.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made up to 5PM four days before the class.
