Ginuary Vegan PH Dinner
Come join us on January 10th for our first ever vegan cocktail dinner featuring Ann Arbor Distillery. A four-course VEGAN dinner to be prepared by Chef Darius Hamilton. Food to be paired with Ann Arbor Distillery's four seasonal gin.
Depending on your party size and how many tickets are sold, there is a chance you will be seated with another party.
Menu
Course 1 - Spring Equinox Drink - Sugar Plum Martini: Ann Arbor Distillery Spring Gin, lemon, cherry, Violette liqueur, plum bitters, butterfly pea flower. Dish - Stuffed Napa Cabbage; lemon garlic oil, micro cilantro.
Course 2 - Summertime Drink - Pickled Pink: Ann Arbor Distillery Summer Gin, pickle, house cordial, grapefruit, lemon, pink peppercorn, tonic. Dish - Warm Marinated Olives & Feta Cheese; tofu feta, Castlevetronoa & Klamata olives, baked pita, lemon herb oil.
Course 3 - Autumn Drink - Gin New Old Fashioned: Ann Arbor Distillery Fall Gin, Cocchi Americano, maple cardamom, black walnut bitters, smoked. Dish - Fried maitake mushroom steak, butternut squash risotto, kale, pomegranate reduction.
Course 4 - Winter Solstice Drink - Cloud 9: Ann Arbor Distillery Winter Gin, cinnamon, aquafaba, oat milk, cocoa bitters, peppermint schnapps, nutmeg. Dish - S'mores Boudino;
