8th Annual Sloop Woody Guthrie Benefit Dinner,Thursday, February 27th, At the Towne Crier Cafe, 391 Main Street, Beacon NY. All proceeds go toward the ferry sloop Woody Guthrie Restoration! Cocktail Hour 5:00 6:00 pm, Cash Bar, Dinner at 7:00 pm. Live Music by Painted Betty, Raffle, and Door Prizes.
Buffet Dinner Includes:
Soft Drinks, Coffee & Decaf, Assortment of GH Ford Teas
Appetizers:
Vegetable Crudité & Dip, Assorted Cheeses & Crackers,
Squash and Apple Arancini, Baba Ghanouj, Hummus,
Mixed Organic Salad Greens and dressing
Entrees:
Rigatoni with Broccoli Rabe and Sausage, w/o sausage for vegetarians,Chicken (free range) Cutlet Francese, Grilled Scottish Salmon Fillet
...all served with an assortment of sautéed vegetables and roasted potatoes.
Dessert:
Belgian Chocolate Walnut Brownies
(served with chantilly whipped cream)
