PROGRAM: "West Mission Bay Drive Bridge Replacement: A Long Span to Safety"
PRESENTERS:

Nenad Damnjanovic, PE, Associate Engineer - Civil, City of San Diego
Construction of the $150 million West Mission Bay Drive Bridge Replacement project is nearly complete. The new 6-lane bridge will have 12-foot-wide barrier-separated shared-use paths, overlooks with benches, and an architectural design that has been praised by community leaders. In addition, the project will widen the I-8 off-ramp. An overview of this project, which has been 25 years in the making, will be presented.
