The Planetary Society screening of "Good Night Oppy"
Good Night Oppy tells the inspirational true story of Opportunity, a rover that was sent to Mars for a 90-day mission but ended up surviving for 15 years. The film follows Opportunity's groundbreaking journey on Mars and the remarkable bond forged between a robot and her humans millions of miles away.
Planetary Society members will have the opportunity (ahem) to enjoy a sneak preview of this documentary before it goes into wide release, free of charge as our guest.
We do hope you can join fellow members and your Society CEO, Bill Nye, for this special event.
Note: Members of The Planetary Society will have priority entry. Please arrive at the theater BEFORE 6:30 p.m. to ensure priority access, and please allow sufficient time for parking. Once inside, there is no assigned seating--members of the Society will have open seating in the theater.
