Wild Embrace Farm Food Series Presents - BIPOC Pasta Basics
Join the Wild Embrace Farm team and learn to make homemade pasta using locally sourced ingredients. This 3 hour course will cover the basics of how to make hand-cut stuffed pasta with a delicious ricotta filling, and a herby homemade tomato sauce. Each attendee will have a meal at the end of the course so come hungry!
This workshop is open to anyone who identifies as Black, Indigenous, or as a Person of Colour, ages 18-30. You'll be working in pairs so sign up with a friend or come solo and meet other folks in your area.
Wild Embrace Farm Society is a Queer, BIPOC-Led Organization that seeks to connect people from equity-seeking backgrounds with empowering experiences in nature and in community with one another. This workshop will be led by Celine Miller, creator of Nothing Matters Pop-up Dinners.
This workshop will be hosted at the community kitchen in the Victoria Public Market. The kitchen space is wheelchair accessible. Please use the questionnaire at the end of sign up to alert us to any accessibility needs.
