Mandala Workshop: Art as a Journey of the Heart
Julia Weaver, MFT, BFA, CMT will lead you on a spiritual journey using meditation, movement, ritual, sacred sound, and simple drawing techniques. Mandalas are tools used for meditation in many cultures. They represent healing and wholeness. In this workshop, you are invited to open your innate creative potential, release self-limiting patterns and beliefs, access new levels of intuitive guidance, and rest in the heart and celebrate the presence of communal resonance.
