Farm Visit with MIHO's Juan and Kevin and Death for Food
Join the co-founders of MIHO Gastrotruck on a visit to one of their favorite local farms. Meet the farmer, the animals, sip some local wine, and learn what it's like to raise animals for food in San Diego. Get some knowledge dropped on you by Juan and Kevin, as they share the passionate vision that drives them to run a multi-faceted and highly celebrated farm to table operation.
Photographer Jaime Fritsch will be on-site shooting for the Death for Food book, and taking a portrait of Juan and Kevin with the farm visit group.
