In this course presented by RenwAbility Energy Inc., participants will learn about drain water heat recovery technologies and review various projects and case studies.
Learning Objectives:
-Outline energy calculation methods and a selection of research projects undertaken on Drain Water Heat Recovery systems.
-Classifying 8 commercially available DWHR systems and reviewing a selection of case studies of some of these systems.
-Specify and incorporate falling-film DWHR into various Multi-Family Residential Building & Hotel designs, including IECC 2015 compliant energy calculations.
-Review a sampling of feasibility studies and preliminary designs for commercial & industrial applications.
