The Keith and Kate Show's "Greetings from Branson" is a sketch comedy performance in the tradition of a 1970s variety show, featuring singing, dancing, and âheartfeltâ musings on love, loss, and whether or not a six-foot tall anthropomorphic corndog can find happiness in this crazy mixed up world.
