Botanical Drawing Series
Saturdays, March 29, April 5, April 12 10 a.m.- 3 p.m.
Learn drawing and observation skills through foundation exercises along with a basic understanding of plant morphology in this class taught by botanical illustrator Lisa Pompelli. Learn specific techniques for accurately delineating each part of the plant whether stems, leaves, flowers or fruit. Students will learn how to deal with foreshortening, measuring and perspective through simple exercises along with techniques for shading and rendering detail. This class is suitable for all skill levels.
*A supply list will be provided upon registration.
