Bronx Concert Singers' 41st Annual Holiday Concert: Handel's Messiah
For many classical music lovers Christmas does not truly arrive until one hears the music of Handel's Messiah. Join the BCS chorus and music director Robert René Galván in celebration of this masterwork. The program features part I and additional choruses from Messiah performed with professional soloists and chamber orchestra.
ABOUT BCS The Bronx Concert Singers is a nonprofit volunteer concert choir founded in the Parkchester section of the Bronx by people from all walks of life who love singing great choral music. The chorus presents classical music concerts with either professional orchestra or chamber ensemble and has been a source of cultural enrichment in the community since 1981. BCS is the guest chorus-in-residence at St. Helena's RC Church.
