Riccardo, Lucas, Passage in Concert at UU Fellowship, San Luis Obispo, June 8, 2014, 2PM
Central Coast performers will be in concert June 8, 2014 at 2 PM in San Luis Obispo at UU Fellowship, 2201 Lawton. Jim Riccardo, violin, Ann Lucas, piano, and David Passage, horn will perform Brahms Horn Trio and a newly composed piece for violin, piano and horn. Also offered will be Brahms Sonata in D minor for violin and piano and other unexpected pleasures. Jim Riccardo hails from Minnesota where he performed in several orchestras. He studied at Eastman School of Music and University of Michigan. Since moving to the Central Coast, Jim has been concertmaster of Symphony of The Vines and played in Bakersfield Symphony Orchestra and Santa Maria Symphony. Ann Lucas, DMA, is a professor at Allan Hancock College where she teaches, is a choral director and performing concert pianist. Ann studied at Peabody Institue and Texas Christian College. David Passage teaches at Allan Hancock College and has performed in several local orchestras. (more alter)
