Come join in an 80th birthday year celebration featuring the music of composers David S. Bernstein and Greg A Steinke for voice, strings, piano, winds and percussion, featuring outstanding performers from the Portland area all the way to guest baritone Andrew White from Nebraska. Among those joining us to perform will be Casey Bozell and Danielle Bristow, violins; Dana Rokosny, viola; Diane Chaplin, violoncello; Colleen Adent and Sequoia, piano; Catherine Lee, oboe and English horn; Amelia Lukas, alto flute, flute and piccolo; Alexander Dyer and Ian Charlton, percussion. Among the several works that are premieres will be one featuring the paintings of local Portland artist, Robert Coronado.
