Come learn to create the mystique and allure of classic cocktails and play on the standards in this collaborative workshop between North Shore Distillery and Slow Food Chicago! Participants will be guided through 3 cocktail-making recipes with insights into the history and proper construction of a well-balanced beverage, then allowed to workshop a cocktail of their own creation using herbs, mixers and locally produced Jo Snow syrups. Come armed with your creativity and create a play on classic recipes. Seasonal hors d'oeuves provided by Uncommon Ground. Grab your friends and this opportunity to become master mixologists!
