Repast performs music from the High Baroque with the theme of a labyrinth, or a journey. This thrilling program includes famous Labyrinth works by Locatelli (for violin) and Marais (for viola da gamba), as well as Couperin's portrayal of Corellis journey to Parnassus, Corrette's meditation on solitude for bassoon, and a virtuosic programmatic keyboard solo by Forqueray.
Performed on period instruments.
