Fall Dinner Cooking Class

As we move into fall with Labor Day quickly behind us, it's time for another class. Our next class will be Saturday, September 17 at 6:00PM.

We will start with a wonderful appetizer we learned on our recent trip to Italy. Enjoy Crostini with Sausage and Cheese. This is a very easy recipe, but really tasty!

Our main dish will be Honey Glazed Pork Chops. We start by marinating the pork chops in honey and herbs and then oven grill the chops. Next, we'll make Herb-Roasted Smashed Potatoes. And last but not least, we'll make a Bittersweet Chocolate Tart. I know you will enjoy this menu.

Tuition for the class is $65 per person.
