Comedy on Elm Street with Mark Riley, Corey Manning, Alex Giampapa, Dan Donahue
Former NHL referee Mark Riley and Superhero by day, Comedian by Day Corey Manning top the bill for another killer show as comedy returns to the Elm Draught House Cinema on Saturday, Sept. 24. The show also features rising Boston comedy stars Alex Giampapa and Dan Donahue.
The show is presented by Scamps Comedy (ScampsComedy.com).
Tickets are $18 in advance and $20 at the door. Showtime is 9:30 p.m.
Mark Riley is an energetic Boston headliner with a unique perspective on everyday situations. A former first runner-up at the Boston Comedy Festival, Riley was once a professional ice hockey referee (he spent a very short time in the NHL) who also ran a Gymboree. He headlines in Boston as well as playing top rooms in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Atlantic City. Among those hes performed with are Steven Wright, Joe Rogan and Lenny Clarke. He headlines colleges and corporate shows as well and has worked as an actor in commercials and industrial films. Hes a regular at the prestigious Hampton Beach Comedy Festival.

He known for his slick, upbeat, funny, over-the-top comedy.
Alex Giampapa began performing stand-up comedy in Boston at the age of 19 and is a popular act across New England. Hes performed with comedians including Bill Burr, Hannibal Buress, Ilana Glaser, Sarah Cooper, Judah Friedlander, Gary Gulman, Adam Devine and Erik Griffin and been featured in many comedy festivals including The Rogue Island Comedy Festival (Newport, RI), The Big Pine Comedy Festival (Flagstaff, AZ), The Boston Comedy Festival, and The Motor City Comedy Festival (Detroit, MI). Hes been featured on Comedy Central Asia, Funny or Die, and has been the #1 post on Reddit twice. Hes currently the host of The Actual News on YouTube and has thousands of followers on Instagram and Twitter.
Man-mountain Dan Donahue works in theaters around New England as the opener for Juston McKinney, and hes also shared the stage with Boston headliners such as Jimmy Dunn, Mike McDonald, Christine Hurley, Mike Donovan, Paul Nardizzi and Dave Rattigan. The former rugby player, whose day job is as an electrician, was selected for the prestigious Hampton Beach Comedy Festival in 2022. He also recently acted in his first film, the horror-comedy short Mars Hill Bait & Tackle.
