MENU:
****Spiced liver pate (with cumin, cilantro, fennel, & coriander) on radicchio. Crisped broccoli cooked in duck fat, olive oil, & herbed butter.
****Roasted duck on winter greens accented with reduced onion-apple dressing
****Herbal lamb bone broth soup with rosemary-lamb-feta sausage, kale, shiitake mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes. Sweet potatoes with herbed butter
****Pumpkin-vanilla bone marrow custard, drizzled with chocolate.
