Himchuli means the snow-covered peak of a mountain, and with over 15 years of experience in Indian and Nepali cuisine, Khagendra Gurung, aka KG opened Himchuli to offer peak quality food and service. KG comes from a family of restaurateurs that have been in Colorado for over a decade. With colorful decor, an expert Nepali & Indian cook staff rounded out with a rotating list of fine wines and signature cocktails - we invite you to experience the height of Indian cuisine.

Edrington's ownership model is unique in its industry. The origins of their company stretch back more than 160 years to 1861, when William Robertson founded the Robertson & Baxter company in Glasgow.
