Gather with policy makers, service-providers, funders, and community organizations to discuss key findings from the Philadelphia section of a new report that documents the growth and diversity of two of the fastest growing racial groups in the region: A Community of Contrasts: Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders in the Northeast, 2013.
This gathering will: + present new and detailed data about Asian American communities in Philadelphia;
+ bring together policymakers, government agencies, funders, service providers, and community organizations to make new connections and begin discussions with each other; + highlight local stories of the growth and diversity of API communities;
+ examine local policy implications of the data.
