Join us for a fun talk and tasting on Wedding Cakes over the centuries. One would be surprised with the evolution of one of Western Civilizations favorite foods. Tastings focus from the American Revolution period to modern times; while the talk takes one all the way back 2000 years!
Monica Tapper, historian and author of A CULINARY TOUR THROUGH ALABAMA HISTORY, will tempt us and entertain us with a brief and epicurean look at wedding cakes through the centuries.
