KALA Performance Stage welcomes Bay Area acoustic trio THE MUSERS, Saturday July 30, at 8pm. Tickets online at www.brownpapertickets.com. $15. Doors open at 7:30pm. Tickets available at the door upon availability. Seating up to 45 people.

The Musers are on tour with their 4th Album release, Beautiful Mysteries. Multi-instrumentalists and award-winning Bay Area songwriters, Anita Bear Sandwina and Megan McLaughlin bring banjolin, mandolin, violin, guitar, and vibrant harmonies to the stage.

Their infectious song writing, tinged with social irony, love for gospel, Appalachian and bluegrass, old time string music + oldy swing are backed by string bass player Tom Kuhn. The trio was formed through shared music diversitya love of performing and decades of playing in the northern Cal acoustic folk music community.

The Musers are on a mission to raise your spirits with their original Free Range Folk, so aptly-named because they cover a lot of musical territory in one night, with energetic performance, humor and entertainment for the people!

KALA Performance Stage is an intimate cabaret venue in a vintage Astoria storefront featuring a diverse style of music and performance. Full Bar. Located at 1017 Marine Drive in Astoria. KALA is Finnish for FISH!
