The Q-Tip Bandits: Since their inception in early 2018, The Q-Tip Bandits have emerged into the Boston music scene as an energetic and vibrant act that continues to touch audiences hearts while getting them up on their feet. Their smooth yet powerful sound is backed by the raw energy of rock and the coolness and colors of R&B and funk with palpable grooves coated with savory, soul-inspired riffs, anthemic horns and meaningful lyrics. Their first LP Melancholy Flowers was released June 10th, 2022.
Couchsleepers: Couchsleepers exists in a world of my own imagining. I've lived in Vermont for so long now that the scenes of my Chinese-American upbringing in New Jersey play out against the Vermont landscape, and the post-midnight city of Burlington backdrops the entirety of my adult life. I want to tell stories that could only happen here. So, what to expect: delicate moments that cascade into melodies you can't get out of your head. Like someone left the pop radio on and it's bleeding through the creaky walls of the house and into your room.
Satyrdagg: Mowgli Giannitti is a bassist, composer, singer, songwriter, and teacher who has collaborated with award-winning artists in a huge range of styles, and performed in venues such as Putnam Place, Higher Ground, and Carnegie Hall. He borrows from his experience with jazz, rock, 20th century art music, Afropop, Afrobeat, salsa, samba, Gnawa, Hindustani and more to create a unique and eclectic musical experience driven by intricate 3-6 part vocal harmony, contrapuntal horns and a deeply grooving rhythm section. Satyrdagg is a collection of thoroughly-arranged songs, drawing upon a vast collection of musicians around the Northeast and globe!
