Join us at White Raven Winery in our BACKYARD with a VIEW for an evening of WINE tasting paired with AERIAL & cirque entertainment! This event is part of our WINEspiration Night Series in which we pair our locally made award-winning wines with performances from area artists! Tasting wine while observing an artist at work is not only entertaining but offers a unique way of experiencing wine being offered! TICKETS must be PURCHASED in ADVANCE.
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW as ALL IS IMPORTANT!!!
1) Attendees NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN FAVORITE LAWN CHAIR FROM HOME. GOOD NEWS: GET CREATIVE PEOPLE because the White Raven Team will AWARD a BOTTLE of WINE to the GUEST with the BEST LAWN CHAIR of the evening! NOTE: We do have 10 Adirondack chairs (complete with wine glass holders) and 2 HUGE picnic tables that guests are welcome to use but these are on a FIRST come FIRST serve basis! So, if you're hoping to kick back in one of these babies COME EARLY and stake your claim!!! (Thank you for your understanding. We're a small local business just starting out, and right now, the money is in the WINE).
2) IF the FORECAST calls for RAIN on August 5th, the event will be moved to AUGUST 6th at the same time and in the same LOCATION. We will POST this CHANGE of DATE on INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, and our WEBSITE. So please check these online platforms for updates! ***As the show will be held OUTSIDE, having a rain date is necessary for the safety of our performers, (not to mention the comfort of all in attendance).***
3) Furthermore, if the show IS switched from Aug. 5th to Aug.6th (due to rain), TICKETS will NOT be refunded. WHY?- A portion of the ticket price goes toward paying our artists, and we want to pay our artists! However, if you're unable to attend, you may gift your ticket/s to a friend (just email us their name/s via our website's contact page) OR visit us another night to redeem the equivalent of the event's wine tasting portion IN WINE.
4) Our WINEspiration Nights tend to SELL OUT. We advise you to get your tickets earlier rather than later!
5) We suggest you arrive at 7 pm to determine where you'd like to place your lawn chair, get the lay of the land, and/or visit with friends!
6) This event is open to those 21 or older - rare exceptions are made but must be talked about and APPROVED in advance.
7) You will NOT receive a physical ticket. Your name will be on a MASTER LIST and you'll be checked in when you arrive!
8) Sorry, no dogs are allowed at this event. (Note: *Dogs are allowed on nights we do not have events. Give us some time- WE LOVE DOGS- but this is our first event outside so, as the event will draw more people, there's a bigger chance someone will be allergic or have an aversion to dogs. Thank you for understanding!)
9) A portion of the evening's profits will be donated to Glacier Queer Alliance, an organization "focused on providing positive, safe, community resources, events, and spaces for people of all gender identities and sexual orientations in the Flathead Valley." (For each event we have White Raven Winery contributes to a different local organization after all expenses have been met. The Flathead Marines received our last donation.)
