ABOUT HIMCHULI RINO
- Welcome to Himchuli RINO! We're proud to have our second location in the heart of RINO. Himchuli means the snow-covered peak of a mountain, and with over 15 years of experience in Indian and Nepali cuisine, Khagendra Gurung, aka KG opened Himchuli to offer peak quality food and service. KG comes from a family of restaurateurs that have been in Colorado for over a decade. With colorful decor, an expert Nepali & Indian cook staff rounded out with a rotating list of fine wines and signature cocktails - we invite you to experience the height of Indian cuisine.
ABOUT LAWS WHISKEY HOUSE
- They use grains that mass production forgot. The soulful, rich flavors of their no-compromise whiskey begin with their use of only heirloom and heritage grains. Modern agricultural has no interest in these low-yield, finicky grains, yet they could not create the singular profile of each Laws Whiskey without them. They are dependent on the two family-owned farms the Codys in the San Luis Valley and the Ohnmachts out on Colorados eastern plains willing to cultivate these specialized grains for them.
- Their terroir-driven whiskey requires the rarified thin air, the hot days and cool nights of the Rocky Mountain region, and the rugged growing conditions of the San Luis Valley and eastern plains that stress their grains just enough to deepen their flavor.
- They always have and always will distil every drop they bottle. While their whiskey aged, they didnt sell any whiskey for their first three years. Time is as critical of an ingredient as their heirloom grains. Every mash bill gets its own optimal distillation process, and they deploy time-intensive sour mash fermentation. They are the first Colorado distiller to bottle bonded whiskeys. For them, these steps are not extra, theyre mandatory to creating Laws Whiskey
- THEIR DISTILLERY AND TASTING ROOM ARE LOCATED AT 1420 S. ACOMA ST, DENVER CO
