RASA & LCT Present "Matilda"
Rushford Area Society of the Arts and Lanesboro Community Theatre have partnered for a magical experience this summer!
This stage adaptation of a Roald Dahl work tells the story of Matilda Wormwood, a gifted girl forced to put up with a crude and distant parents. Worse, Agatha Trunchbull, the evil principal at Matilda's school, is a terrifyingly strict bully. However, when Matilda realizes she has the special powers, she begins to defend her friends from Trunchbull's wrath and fight back against her unkind parents.
"Matilda" takes place over two weekends in the RP School Auditorium.
