TurtleHeart presents Saturday in the Park with Momotombo SF
Turtle Heart Productions in association with Arte del Corazon are bringing their Saturday In the Park series to beautiful Romo Park located in Downtown Watsonville There will be artists and local vendors sharing their work in this intimate setting.
Original Latin Rock legnds from the Bay Area, Momotombo SF will be headlining the musical event. Momotombo SF is a 10 piece goup of prominent San Francisco Bay Area musicians, comprised of mainly notable alumni of Malo and Santana. Their mastery of the interplay of Latin Jazz and Rock, driven by Latin rhythms and Afro-Cuban beats creates a powerful and authentic Latin Rock sound straight from the days of Winterland and The Fillmore.
Local favorites the Scooby Valdez Band will also be appearing that day. Local guitarist legend Scooby Valdez and his band has been create his own unique brand of Soul and Oldies combined with hot guitar sounds that are sure to have everyone dancing the afternoon away.
