The Barking Frog Mobile Kitchen Comes to The VUDE!
We are excited to announce that The VUDE will be collaborating, on March 8, 2014, with the culinary king of Woodinville wine country!
Executive Chef of The Willow's Lodge restaurant, Barking Frog, Bobby Moore is coming to The VUDE! Moore graduated from Seattle Central's Culinary Program in 1997. After receiving his degree, he was quickly made garde manager in Fullers kitchen and in 1998 became sous chef under Tom Black.
Since June of 2004, Chef Bobby has enjoyed creating noteworthy, Northwest-style dishes as chef de cuisine. Initially, Moore worked as the Barking Frog's sous chef; a position he started in 2001. In April 2005, Bobby Moore was named executive chef of the Barking Frog at Willows Lodge, one of the Northwest's most romantic resorts located in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country just a few miles from Seattle.
In 2008, Chef Moore was invited to cook at the historic James Beard House in New York City, where he led his culinary team to prepare a five-course meal. This prestigious honor was one of the highlights of Moore's career.
Unlike most events we've had here, for this event Bobby will literally be bringing the restaurant to you! The Barking Frog Mobile Kitchen launched less than a year ago, and Chef Bobby and his crew have decided to launch their new menu here at The VUDE, creating a multi-course wine paired feast for you and a few other lucky guests.
The Barking Frog Mobile Kitchen isn't your everyday food truck. It's a Catering Utility Vehicle for the modern-day foodie. So join us on March 8th at 6:00pm at The VUDE, for this exclusive sneak peek and be one of the first to experience the newest culinary innovations from Barking Frog.
