Second Hand Marching Band album launch

On the 2nd of March we are going to have a gig to celebrate the release of our first album, called A Hurricane, a Thunderstorm.

We started the recording in 2010 and finished it in July 2013. It has twenty instruments and seventeen people on it. We recorded it with our own equipment ourselves, and mixed and mastered and made the CDs ourselves. DIY yo.

To celebrate we will be playing the album through (including the songs we have never played..) as well as other songs at Mono on the 2nd of March.

Even better, we will be playing with two of Scotland's best songwriters, RM Hubbert and Withered Hand. Both of these dudes are amazing and what we shall be doing is arranging a full band version of some of their songs. So you can hear a completely new version of the songs with the two performers for the first (and only!) time at the gig. Woo!

We will have CDs, some old releases, some posters, and a few other interesting things or sale. Please come out and support us! We think it shall be quite the night.
