LeGacy Presents is coming to the Colfax Theatre!!
Dave and the Cool Beans and Nevada County's own Janis Joplin present a live musical tribute to the music of the 60's and beyond at the historic Colfax Theatre, downtown Colfax, July 23rd at 8pm.
Join Nevada County's premiere rock and rollers for this special ONE NIGHT only concert!!
A beautifully restored gold rush theatre with an astounding state of the art sound system will backdrop these amazing musicians as they present music of the Beatles, Elvis Costello, Tina Turner, The Pretenders, 4 Non Blondes, Jefferson Airplane, Sonny & Cher, Tom Petty, Moody Blues, and of course, the "Queen of Rock and Roll", Janis Joplin, as performed by LeGacy founder Sue LeGate Halford.
Dave and the Cool Beans will rock your sox off for the first half of the evening, to be joined in the second half by Claire Diament-Turner (Keyboards and vocals) and LeGate-Halford as Joplin and many more.
Dave and the Cool Beans consists of LeGacy producer Dave Halford (lead vocals and guitar), Paul Turner (lead guitar and vocals), Steve Sheppard (bass and vocals) and John Basa on drums.
