Summer Nights Cooking Class

It's hard to believe it is June already. We've had a very busy April and May and was not able to teach any classes during that time. Our next class will be Saturday, June 18 at 6:00PM.

We will start with a wonderful appetizer we learned on our recent trip to Italy. Enjoy Crostino con Peperoni caramelati e caprino (Crostini with caramelized peppers and goat cheese).

We'll make a pasta dish using fresh tomatoes and herbs. Then we'll make pale ale grilled chicken fajitas. For dessert we will finish up with a favorite in my household - Tiramisu.
