Memories, Dreams & Reflections - Interweave Dance Theatre's annual performance
Inspired by the book of the same title (Carl Jung), IDT's 2014 performance focuses on expression of the unconscious, both collective and individual. From introspective musings to explorations of the surreal, this performance will take the audience on a journey through the IDT choreographers' sometimes twisted psyches. IDT Choreographers include Colorado natives, Boulder residents, University of Colorado dance program alumni, dance artists from Denver, Colorado Springs, Southern and Northern California, Seattle, Chicago, New York - residents of planet earth. These friends and fellow artists come together each year, once a year, with a group of talented and dedicated dancers who are like a big happy familyto create a unique evening of new dance works inspired by a single theme.
