Welcome and THANK YOU for registering to be part of the 2nd ANNUAL MT WINE FESTIVAL!!!
Registration Fee= $150.00 per winery/cidery How are my funds being allocated? Among other items, your funds will go toward event insurance, space rental, permitting fees, and the port-a-potty rentals/cleanings. Will I receive any of the registration fee back? Reimbursement is dependent on the number of overall tickets sold and the resulting debt/profit. The goal, however, is to refund as much as we can while finishing in the black (budget-wise). How else am I compensated? Every ticket presented to you by a guest for a taste equates to one dollar. So, for every ticket you submit to us at the end of the night, you'll receive $1 back. (SAFEGUARD YOUR TICKETS!) In addition, guests are also allowed to purchase a full glass of wine from you! REGISTRATION DEADLINES: -For priority advertising, please pay your registration fee by JUNE 13th, 2022. Doing so allows us to include your BUSINESS LOGO or, at the very least, your BUSINESS NAME on the poster or socials (dependant on space). Why so soon? The overall number of participating businesses influences the budget and helps us better anticipate all event needs. Bottom line, for many reasons, it's beneficial to know the number well in advance!
-However, we understand this deadline is just two weeks away, so for those who need more time, the FINAL DEADLINE for REGISTRATION and COMPLETE PAYMENT will be MONDAY JULY 25th, 2022. ***After registering PLEASE SEND YOUR LOGO TO Hailey Graf at: haileydgraf@gmail.com***
-Last year, we didn't require it but instead asked for advance payment by mail. In the end, we found this method to be time-consuming and problematic. So this year, we decided to go online. This online method of payment does, unfortunately, require a servicing fee. That said, it's secure, and a part of the service fee goes directly to charity (as per brown paper ticket policies). It also dramatically cuts down on the need for volunteers to track down and request payment from participating wineries and or cideries. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!! MORE INFO ON THE EVENT/ CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR: -This year, our guests will pay $20 at the gate on the day of the event for five tastes provided by all of YOU (the participating MT wineries or cideries). Note: The entrance fee is a 5-dollar increase from last year. NO ADVANCE TICKETS will be sold (once again, an effort to cut down on labor before the event). But, just like last year, guests will be able to purchase additional tastes ($10 for five more tastes) and, as stated above, you may sell your wines by the glass.
-We're LIMITING the festival to 25 registrants, so act soon to ensure your participation!
- Kelly Diane of 88keys will play live from 5 pm - 8:00 pm, and food trucks will be on-site!
-By June 5th a Facebook Event page will be shared with those who register and/or those we have down as participants from last year.
