Firebird and Company Works

Prince Ivan ventures into the garden of the evil Kashchei and his Sorceress, looking for his lost love, Princess Tsarevna. He catches the magical Firebird, asking for help finding Princess Tsarevna and her friends. The Firebird promises to aid the Prince whenever he needs it. Tsarevna and the Princesses are in the power of Kashchei. When Prince Ivan finds Princess Tsarevna, Kashchei and his Sorceress become angry sending the Shadows and Plestiodon, the magical lizard, after the Prince. Kashchei is about to turn Prince Ivan to stone, when The Firebird appears and comes to the Princes rescue. She casts a spell on the evil creatures and they fall asleep. The Firebird tells the Prince that Kashcheis soul lies in an egg. The Prince finds it and smashes it to the ground. Kashchei loses his power freeing all the creatures under his spell. The Princesses see The Firebird leaving the garden, announcing a new bright future for all.

Company Works include Rhapsody, choreographed by Andrea Cook; Time and Tide, choreographed by Emily Petry; and Soul del Sol, choreographed by Gwen Petry.
