This year's Ark of Taste Benefit Dinner will take place on January 28th at The Kampong historic home and garden.
Guests will enjoy an exclusive evening with The Cypress Room to benefit both Slow Food Miami's Edible School Garden Program and The Kampong National Tropical Botanical Garden.
Chefs Michael Schwartz, Roel Alcudia, Bradley Herron and Hedy Goldsmith will prepare a four course menu celebrating the delicious but dangerously dwindling Everglades Tomato to be paired with specially selected wines.
The festive evening will begin at 6:30pm under the stars with a spirited cocktail hour featuring specialty libations courtesy of GREY GOOSE Vodka and accompanied by passed hors d'oeuvres thoughtfully created by The Cypress Room.
Guest will cap this magical, candle-lit night while sipping on a cold tea cocktail created by The Genuine Hospitality Group's Beverage Director Ryan Goodspeed, and specialty cocktails provided by The Cypress Room and Panther Coffee.
The Cypress Room is James Beard Award-Winning Chef Michael Schwartz's third restaurant in Miami's Design District, featuring American fine-dining with French touches and his signature farm-to-table approach of only the freshest high quality ingredients, hand-picked from America's best small farmers, foragers and fishermen.
