Nexus Faire

Nexus Faire is a new kind of fandom event for New England.

It is a place for geeks of all kinds to come together. We will have performers, workshops, vendors, food, and parties.

Nexus Faire will take place at Ye Olde Commons, a 40 acre LARP site owned and opperated by some awesome geeky folks. Ye Olde Commons boasts a great hall, vendor building, cabins, and plenty of camping space.

The Come Again Players will be performing Rocky Horror. We will have workshops on many topics including woodland survival, rope use, role playing, and more. We'll have great dealers of all kinds. We'll also have round tables of fanish leaders to share ideas, tell stories, and maybe come up with a few new ones.

Age Note: While Nexus Faire is not an age-controlled event, it is also not an event intended to be family friendly. Attendees under 18 must be have parental permission, either in person at registration or in writing. Nexus Faire, NexusCorp, Ye Olde Commons, and Nexus Faire and Ye Olde Commons staff are not responsible for any corruption or moral degradation your children may experience while at Nexus Faire.

Food will be provided at the event. They have a kitchen on site and they make great food. There will be dinner Friday, brunch Saturday, dinner Saturday, and brunch Sunday. They need to know how many people they are cooking for, so if you are planning to eat on site, please select the "I will be eating on site" item. It will not affect your charges for pre-reg, but it will give us very important information. Food is a total $30 for all four meals.
